James Sandall
After leaving college James trained in Medical Physics, Physiological Measurements and Audiology; he worked for the NHS for 5 years.
James then worked for BT as a Network Planner and Designer for 8 years. He managed the workload, budgets, and the estimating responsibilities for large network upgrade projects; this also involved negotiating with land owners and public bodies. He managed the external telecommunications network to ensure it met the unprecedented demands during the exceptional growth years of the telecoms industry. During this time he increased his knowledge of electronics and IT technologies.
James was a Software Tester and Trainer of all users on Graphical Information Software Systems and later specialized in training of Call Centre Software and Telephony Solutions. He travelled widely in Europe as part of a specialized Call Centre Delivery Team for 5 years.
Throughout this period James was also a Director of a family company, managing property and building teams, delivering IT training solutions and providing British Sign Language Interpreting Services on a national basis.
James has also worked with Social Services as a Social Worker. For almost 30 years he has worked with children, young people and students in his spare time and continues to fulfil these roles.
In 2004, James began working as a Solicitors Agent, providing Statement Taking and Accident Investigation Services. His knowledge of a range of industries and working environments, experience in private companies and the public sector, in large and small organizations across a range of cultures has provided a wealth of experience to draw upon.
